Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Technician – Domestic Installations
Location: Anywhere between London/Birmingham/Bristol
Salary: £38,000 – £50,000 per annum
We’re looking for an experienced ASHP Technician to join a growing low-carbon heating business. This role involves delivering high-quality domestic heat pump and wet heating installations, providing excellent customer service, and helping homeowners reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Installing Air Source Heat Pumps, unvented hot water systems, and wet central heating systems
• Fitting radiators, valves, and pipework to a neat, professional standard
• Removing old heating systems, tanks, and pipework
• Power flushing and commissioning new systems
• Following schematics and installation plans to deliver efficient, reliable heating systems
• Advising customers on low-carbon technology and energy savings
• Maintaining high safety standards and keeping up to date with industry best practice
• Working as part of a team to overcome technical challenges
What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 qualification in Air Source Heat Pumps
• Gas qualifications
• WRAS and unvented hot water system experience
• Skilled in radiator, cylinder, and underfloor heating installations
• Strong technical ability with attention to detail and a focus on neat, professional pipework
• Willingness to learn and progress with low-carbon technologies
