Business Development Manager – Commercial Solar
We’re looking for a highly experienced BDM with strong commercial solar connections and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone already active in the UK commercial PV market who can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:
• Leverage your existing network to generate high-value opportunities across sectors such as leisure, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial property
• Deliver £1m+ in new business within the first year
• Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers
• Lead proposals, pricing, and sales strategies
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences
• Track and report business development performance
About you:
• Proven experience selling commercial solar PV solutions
• Strong network of contacts within the UK renewable energy sector
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and stakeholder environments
• Skilled in contract negotiation, CRM, forecasting, and financial acumen
