Job Title: Head of Marketing

Salary: Up to £70,000
I’m seeking a creative and strategic Head of Marketing to join a growing team in Newport. You'll lead the marketing efforts across the group, building their brand presence, and driving customer engagement across all channels.
You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting and driving growth for the business and will manage a small marketing team too. This is a role where you’ll be given the freedom and encouragement to push boundaries and bring innovative ideas to the table.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Managing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Leading and mentoring marketing team members
- Creating compelling content that maintains consistent brand voice
- Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights
- Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI

- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Creative problem-solving approach and adaptability
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
