Senior SHEQ Advisor

We are working with a well established organisation to appoint an experienced SHEQ professional.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor and support a team of SHEQ professionals.
• Encourage a strong health and safety culture
• Review, develop and enhance SHEQ policies, procedures and best practice.
• Monitor performance metrics for growth and innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational standards are maintained.
Experience
• 3+ years experience within health and safety, ideally gained in construction, utilities or another highly regulated sector.
• Proven management experience
• NVQ Level 5 or 6
• CertIOSH membership.
• NEBOSH Fire qualification.
• CSCS card
