✨ Software Developer – React & Node.js
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Hybrid – Woking (3 days onsite per week)

Your Role:
We’re looking for a talented Software Developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript, React, and Node.js to help shape the next generation of digital products. You’ll be joining a collaborative team building intuitive, high-performance applications that streamline business processes and improve user experiences in key public service sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing clean, scalable front-end interfaces using React and modern JavaScript.
- Building robust APIs and backend logic with Node.js.
- Working on a variety of digital solutions including CMS-powered websites, self-service portals, and process automation tools.
- Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
- Maintaining code quality with version control (Git) and writing accessible, semantic HTML and CSS.
- Supporting continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and learning new technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Front-End Development: Proficiency with HTML5, CSS (including SASS/LESS), and JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Backend Experience: Solid knowledge of Node.js and working with APIs.
- CMS Familiarity: Experience with web content management systems (e.g., Joomla, WordPress, or similar).
- Version Control: Comfortable using Git or similar tools.
- Problem Solving: A proactive mindset with a desire to build solutions that have real-world impact.
